Dental tourism: a journey in two trips, to be organised

A dental treatment plan is decided on an X ray, usually carried out over two trips, and spread across several months. It is that calendar we help you hold, without ever touching the clinical act.

Agency based in Marrakech, meetings in person, public pricing, invoicing in dirhams. Initial audit free of charge.

What is specific to this speciality

Dentistry differs from other aesthetic journeys on one decisive point: treatment rarely happens in one go. Placing implants requires a surgical phase, a healing period, then a second procedure for the prosthesis. In between, the patient goes home, sometimes for several months.

That creates a difficulty other specialities do not face: you have to keep the link over a long period, with a patient who is far away, and bring them back at the right time. A patient lost between the two trips is an unfinished treatment, with the complications that implies.

Then there is the quote. It rests on a panoramic X ray, sometimes on a three dimensional scan, and the patient does not always know how to obtain it or in what form to send it. That is the first friction point of the journey.

What we see in practices

The X ray never arrives in the right format

A photo of a screen, an unreadable file, an outdated scan. Every exchange to obtain the right document adds days to the file.

The practitioner prices between two patients

Reading an X ray and building a treatment plan cannot be delegated. The work piles up, and quotes go out several days late.

The patient disappears between the two trips

Healing takes months. With no planned contact point, the return is decided at random, or not at all.

Trip and treatment are handled separately

Procedure dates depend on flights, and the other way round. When the two subjects live in two conversations, appointments slip.

What we automate, and how far

Everything administrative, logistical and calendar related. Nothing that belongs to diagnosis, the treatment plan or indication.

Guided collection of scans

The patient is guided on the expected document, its format and how recent it must be, with the steps to obtain it at home. The practitioner receives a readable file.

Immediate answers to practical questions

Length of stay, number of appointments, interval between phases, payment terms. Those answers do not change from one patient to the next.

A clear quote, including what is not covered

The document separates the procedures, any possible revisions and what remains payable by the patient. Then spaced follow ups if there is no answer.

A calendar for both trips

The dates of the second phase set during the first, with reminders as they approach. That is what brings patients back.

Contact during healing

Check points scheduled in advance through the waiting months, with immediate escalation if the patient reports discomfort.

Travel arrangements

Flights, accommodation, transfers, companion, days on site. Gathered in the patient file rather than in a separate thread.

Follow up over months, regular checks.

The line we do not cross

An automated assistant does not read an X ray, does not establish a treatment plan and does not rule on any indication. It collects documents, answers administrative questions, holds the calendar, and passes everything related to care to the practitioner.

X rays, medical history and current treatments are health data. They must not circulate through personal messaging apps. They must be attached to the patient file, with limited access and a defined retention period.

We promise no result for your business, and above all no clinical result. Our work concerns the time lost before and between treatments.

Frequently asked questions

How do we bring a patient back for the second phase?

By setting the date at the first visit, then keeping planned contact during healing. A patient who receives a check in at regular intervals comes back far more often than one left without news for four months.

Can a quote be sent without having seen the patient?

A price indication can be given from a recent, usable scan, stating that it will be confirmed after clinical examination. That is standard practice in dental tourism, and it has to be worded without ambiguity to avoid misunderstandings on arrival.

What data can be requested by message?

What is necessary for the file, and nothing more. The principle is to collect little, explain it, and file those elements rather than leave them in a chat thread. Moroccan law 09-08 governs this processing.

Can the assistant answer questions about pain or after effects?

No. Any question touching on after effects, a symptom or a treatment is passed to the practitioner. The assistant handles timings, documents, the trip and the terms, not the care.

What does this cost for a practice?

Our public offers start at 999 MAD per month for the site and enquiry handling, and at 3,499 MAD per month for the AI assistant and journey automation. The initial audit is free.
