Hair transplant: the patient journey, from photo to follow up

Your patients write from France or Belgium, send three badly framed photos, compare you with Turkey, and disappear if the answer is slow. We automate everything around the procedure, without ever touching the procedure itself.

Agency based in Marrakech, meetings in person, public pricing, invoicing in dirhams. Initial audit free of charge.

What is specific to this speciality

Hair transplant is one of the rare procedures where the decision is taken almost entirely at a distance, often within days, and on the basis of photographs. The patient compares several countries in the same evening, and picks the one that answers quickly and clearly.

That moves the whole stake onto the file. A serious quote needs usable photos from several angles, information on medical history and current treatments, and a precise idea of the request. Those elements almost always arrive out of order, in six messages spread over four days.

On top of that comes direct international competition, where the difference is not made on technique, which the patient cannot judge, but on what they can assess: clarity of answers, transparency of price, and the feeling of being followed up after going home.

What we see in clinics

Photos arrive unusable

Badly framed, too dark, missing the necessary angles. Every round trip to ask again adds a day, and the patient's interest fades in the meantime.

Only the practitioner can price the case

Assessing density and proposing a plan cannot be delegated. Between two procedures this work piles up, and the oldest files drop out of sight.

The trip is a file in its own right

Flight, accommodation, transfers, nights on site, companion. It is not care, but it is what makes a quote acceptable or not.

After the return home, silence

The patient goes home with their instructions and their worries. The first weeks are precisely when they need reassurance, and when silence turns into a negative review.

What we automate, and how far

Everything administrative and logistical. Nothing that belongs to diagnosis, donor area assessment or indication.

Guided photo collection

The patient is guided on the expected angles, the light and the distance, at the moment they write. The practitioner receives a usable file in one go.

Immediate, multilingual reply

An acknowledgement that explains the process, states a timeframe and asks the useful questions, in French, English or Arabic, at any hour.

Quote and terms sent properly

A readable document, with what is included, what is not, cancellation terms and timeframes. Then spaced follow ups if there is no answer.

Travel arrangements

Dates, transfers, accommodation, companion, nights needed on site. One file per patient, readable by the team.

Pre procedure instructions

Treatments to stop, preparation, timings, documents to bring. Sent at the right moment rather than when someone happens to think of it.

Follow up over the first months

Check points scheduled in advance, with immediate escalation to the team if the patient reports anything. This is the period that builds your reviews.

The line we do not cross

An automated assistant does not assess a donor area, does not estimate a number of grafts and does not rule on an indication. It collects, directs, reminds, and passes everything related to care to the practitioner. That boundary is set at design time and tested before go live.

The photos and medical history your patients send are health data. They must be attached to a file, accessible only to the people concerned, and kept for a defined period. Moroccan law 09-08 governs this processing, and the European GDPR applies on top of it for European patients.

We promise no result for your business. What we know how to remove are the delays and the back and forth that make patients leave before you have even seen their file.

Frequently asked questions

How do we get usable photos first time?

By guiding the patient at the moment they write, rather than asking for photos afterwards. Three expected angles, a lighting instruction, a visual example. It sounds trivial and it is what saves the most days on a file.

Can an assistant estimate a number of grafts?

No, and we bound that explicitly. Donor area assessment, density and indication belong to the practitioner. The assistant covers the process, the terms, the timeframes and the trip, then hands over.

How do we handle comparison with Turkey?

Not by cutting prices. The patient compares what they can assess: response time, clarity of the quote, precision of the instructions and the reality of follow up after going home. Those are the three points where a well organised clinic takes the advantage.

What about patients who go quiet?

A spaced follow up that brings information rather than repeating the question. Many patients have not given up, they have postponed. Without organised follow up, those files simply vanish.

What does this cost for a clinic?

Our public offers start at 999 MAD per month for the site and enquiry handling, and at 3,499 MAD per month for the AI assistant and journey automation. The initial audit is free and serves to map what can be automated without crossing the medical line.
