Skin treatments: the protocol plays out over time

Laser, injections, anti ageing care: your business rests on repeated sessions and on maintenance appointments. What costs you is not the first consultation, it is everything lost between two sessions.

Agency based in Marrakech, meetings in person, public pricing, invoicing in dirhams. Initial audit free of charge.

What is specific to this speciality

Unlike transplants or dentistry, this activity rests on a mostly local clientele and on repetition. Laser hair removal runs over several spaced sessions, an anti ageing protocol needs maintenance, an injection is renewed at regular intervals.

The economics therefore depend less on acquisition than on regularity. A patient who stops her course after two sessions costs you twice: the protocol is unfinished, so the result disappoints, and the expected revenue does not come.

There is also a scheduling difficulty. Slots are short and numerous, and no shows leave gaps that cannot be filled the same day. It is the most visible loss and the easiest to reduce.

What we see in centres

Missed appointments

A slot discovered empty on the morning itself is lost. The same slot freed two days ahead is almost always filled.

Courses abandoned halfway

The patient does not come back for the third session, often without saying why. With no planned follow up, nobody notices for months.

Maintenance reminders never sent

A treatment to renew in six months needs someone to remember in six months. In practice it is the patient who remembers, or nobody.

The front desk does two jobs at once

The same person welcomes people on site and answers messages. While she welcomes, enquiries wait, and the other way round.

What we automate, and how far

Everything administrative, calendar related and repetitive. Nothing that belongs to indication, choice of protocol or personalised advice.

Appointment reminders

A reminder the day before, with the option to move the appointment in one tap. It is the most direct lever against lost slots, and it serves the patient.

Tracking sessions within a course

The centre sees where each patient stands in her protocol, and follows up with those who have dropped off, with useful information rather than a bare reminder.

Maintenance reminders when due

A treatment to renew triggers a message at the right moment, months later, without anyone having to think about it.

Answers to practical questions

Prices, session length, preparation, interval between sessions, what usually follows in practical terms. Those answers take up much of the front desk's time.

Online booking

Available slots bookable without a call, including in the evening, when patients actually look.

Review requests after a completed course

An invitation sent at the right moment, towards Google. In this trade, recommendation weighs more than advertising.

The centres we work with

Aesthetic medicine centres

Injections, laser, anti ageing protocols.

Laser hair removal centres

Long courses, closely spaced sessions.

Aesthetic dermatology practices

Medical and aesthetic clientele.

Medically supervised institutes

Protocols overseen by a practitioner.

Medical spas

Courses, memberships, regular follow up.

Independent practitioners

A single diary, heavy dependence on the front desk.

The line we do not cross

An automated assistant does not choose a protocol, does not rule on an indication and does not answer a question touching on a reaction or a side effect. It holds the calendar, answers practical questions, and passes the rest to the practitioner.

The information collected about your patients, including follow up photographs, is sensitive data. It must be attached to a file, with limited access and a defined retention period, not kept on a personal phone.

We promise no result for your business, and no aesthetic promise. Our work concerns lost appointments and courses that stop for lack of follow up.

Frequently asked questions

Do reminders really reduce missed appointments?

They reduce forgetfulness and let the patient move the appointment rather than not turn up. A slot freed two days ahead gets filled, a slot discovered empty on the morning is lost. Nobody can promise no shows will disappear.

How do we follow up an interrupted course without pestering?

By spacing it out and bringing something: a reminder of the planned protocol, why the interval matters, a suggested slot. Two useful follow ups are worth more than a series of identical messages.

Can booking be automated without losing control of the diary?

Yes, by only opening the slots you decide to open, and keeping first consultations in your own hands if you prefer to frame them yourself. Automation must not impose a diary you no longer control.

What about before and after photographs?

Treat them as health data: attached to the file, limited access, defined retention, and explicit consent if you plan to use them in communication. Consent for treatment is not consent for publication.

What does this cost for a centre?

Our public offers start at 999 MAD per month for the site and appointment booking, and at 3,499 MAD per month for the AI assistant and course follow up automation. The initial audit is free.
