Medical and dental practices in Marrakech

You are often the only person in the practice who can price a treatment, and enquiries arrive all day while you are chairside. We automate what clutters, without ever touching the medical act.

Office in Marrakech, meetings in person, public pricing, invoicing in dirhams. Initial audit free of charge.

What is specific to Marrakech

In a Marrakech practice, two patient populations overlap. Patients from the city, who book and come in, and patients from abroad, who write before buying a ticket, send photographs and ask for a price range before committing.

These two flows have nothing in common, except that they arrive through the same channel, often WhatsApp, and all expect a fast answer. In practice, one person at the front desk handles, in the same thread, tomorrow's appointment confirmation and an enquiry from Belgium that deserves a proper file.

And behind it all sits a bottleneck nobody can bypass: you. You are the only one who can look at an X-ray or a photograph and say what it implies. And you do that between two patients, in the evening, or not at all.

The four situations we meet most often

The practitioner is the only way through

Reviewing what was sent, estimating a treatment plan, pricing it: none of that can be delegated. With a full clinical day, enquiries pile up, and some end up out of sight.

No sorting between the curious and the ready

Someone browsing out of curiosity and someone who has already booked their dates consume exactly the same energy at the front desk. Without sorting, the second waits behind the first.

Records arrive incomplete, in instalments

A blurry photograph, a forgotten medical history, a missing date. Every round trip adds a day, and the wait discourages patients who had made up their minds.

An online presence working against you

Wrong information never corrected, a site that exists in one language only while some of your patients do not speak it, advertising nobody can tie to an actual result.

What we automate, concretely

Everything administrative and logistical. Nothing that belongs to diagnosis, to a treatment plan or to clinical judgement.

Sorting enquiries as they arrive

Every incoming message is placed: appointment request, practical question, quote request, patient from abroad. Your team sees at a glance what is urgent and what can wait.

Guided collection before you step in

The patient is guided on what to send, how to take the photograph, which information to give. You receive a complete file in one go, instead of rebuilding it across six messages.

Immediate answers to practical questions

Opening hours, address, payment methods, length of a session, how to prepare for an appointment. None of these need you, and they take up much of the front desk's day.

Appointment reminders

A reminder the day before, with the option to move the appointment in one tap. It is the simplest lever against lost slots, and it serves the patient as much as the practice.

Follow up on unanswered quotes

A treatment plan sent and left without news comes back up by itself after a few days, with a sober message. Many patients did not say no, they simply put it off.

Follow up for patients who travelled

Check points scheduled after they go home, with immediate escalation to the team if the patient reports anything. The link does not stop at the practice door.

The line we do not cross

An automated assistant does not diagnose, does not give a therapeutic indication and does not interpret a photograph or an X-ray. It collects, directs, reminds, and passes everything related to care to the practitioner. That boundary is set at design time and tested before go live.

We do not touch medical confidentiality either. What patients send is health data: it must be attached to a file, accessible only to the people concerned, and kept for a defined period. That is a question of organisation before it is a technical one.

Finally, we promise no result for your business. What we know how to remove is the waiting and the back and forth that make patients leave before you have even seen their file.

Frequently asked questions

Can an assistant answer in place of my receptionist?

It relieves her, it does not replace her. Practical questions, simple booking and the collection of records are handled without her. Anything requiring judgement, nuance or relationship comes back to her, with an incoming flow already sorted.

How do we make sure a patient never receives an automated medical answer?

By bounding the assistant at design time. It has an explicit perimeter of administrative and logistical subjects. As soon as a question leaves that frame, it is passed to the practice with no attempt at an answer. We test that point before go live, not after.

What should we do with photographs and documents sent by patients?

Get them out of personal messaging apps. They are health data: they must be attached to the patient file, with limited access and a defined retention period. Moroccan law 09-08 governs this processing, and the European GDPR applies on top for European patients.

Do appointment reminders really bring patients in?

They mainly reduce forgetfulness and let the patient move their slot rather than not turn up. A slot freed two days ahead gets filled; a slot discovered empty on the morning is lost. Nobody can promise no-shows will disappear.

What does this cost for a practice in Marrakech?

Our public offers start at 999 MAD per month for the site and enquiry handling, and at 3,499 MAD per month for the AI assistant and journey automation. The initial audit is free and serves, among other things, to map what can be automated without crossing the medical line.
